All Plugins are under beta testing now. All plugins are free for Caltrans CSMP related projects. During beta testing (until Dec 2009), all plugins are free for other consultants working on any projects. After Dec 2009, we may extend the free-of-charge policy or new prices will be applied. In order to continue to use these plugins, users must pay accordingly.

Plugins are highly depending on the parent software and the way how users use these plugin. Inappropriate settings may generate inacccurate results. The use of these plugins is your choice and wWe won't be responsible for any data problems or legal issues derived from the use of these plugins in your projects.

There is a license processing fee per plugin per computer. There is no support. Users need to read manuals and learn from the example network. Bug report is welcome but we may not fix the bug timely. If you need any additonal support, it is regarded as consulting service, which is not free. Whether we could provide the service is subject to our avaiability of time.
